Wingless???
Shall I take the lack of messages that Wings, and any hope of KLM forming a worldclass partnership, is now dead.
The rapidly declining KLM service standards only add to this impression. |
Was it ever really "alive"? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I would like to think so...
I wondered what KLM will do after they split with AZ. I notice that NW still seems to be codesharing with AZ, and so I can hope for a remarriage between KL + AZ ------------------ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Americ...thwestAirlines |
"Wings" is very much alive, just not formally named as such.
I've read that NW and AZ are strengthening their ties and will form a much more closely alligned partnership shortly. I've read that with the Italian government giving the green light to MXP as a hub, that KL will likely resume talks about a merger with Alitalia. This will give the go ahead for Wings with AZ/CO/KL and NW at the core, and BU/EW/CY/AS/QX/HA/MH/JD/CA (and a host of other airlines I'm sure I'm forgetting) as other "wings" partners. |
