Booked flight using credit card, pay using WSD instead?

Booked flight using credit card, pay using WSD instead?
I booked a WestJet flight using my credit card because their website won't allow me to login to use my WestJet dollars or Travel Bank. Can I call and have the ticket reissued with those payment methods?
