Booking Delta US domestic through Westjet

Does anyone know if it's possible to book a Delta US domestic flight through Westjet by calling in? I was refunded for a flight last year and don't foresee travelling from US to Canada before the travel bank amount expires. Thanks in advance.

Call them and see... If it is not possible, then ask for an extension of the travel bank funds.
