Why no YYZ-ORD codeshare?

Why no YYZ-ORD codeshare?
Both Delta and American regularly fly this route, however every WestJet codeshare I find connects somewhere rather than using the direct flights.

Help me understand why this is.

Why would WS codeshare with American? They eliminated their partnership and cancelled all of their codeshares and flights into American hubs.

Delta does not fly YYZ-ORD. This is not a Delta hub. It makes perfect sense why there's no direct codeshare flights.
