The last time I flew AC from YVR-YYZ they upgraded me to a business pod on a 787. That kind of ruined me for domestic business travel. ;-)

AC mainly flies widebody YYZ/YUL-YVR/LAX/SFO or YVR-EWR, but traditionally also does YYC-YYZ especially in summer. Looks like that will die when the 7M8 returns as they opt for high frequency instead, except in Summer.
A fair bit of widebody domestically at the moment due to the grounding, but some of it is 763 ACr, so that doesn't count.

They are more comfortable and the food choices are a little better. Mainly I find the working environment for a laptop on those 4-5 hour flights is a lot better.

Each was a really, really nice experience. They’ve done a good job.
I think it’s on par (at least) with any narrowbody North American J product out there.

I'm flying business class with Alaska Air on my upcoming vacation to Mexico - it'll be interesting to see how they compare.
I'm moving more of my NA travel over to AC and Alaska Air so here's hoping.

AS are great in F/J for N American. Their food service is not great but I do enjoy not being treated like self loading baggage.

Flew YYZ-YVR in the new PE last night. Nice but....... no power in the new seats. FA fiddled with it, reset but couldn't get it to work. These are new(ish) seats so I hope this is a one-off and not an indicator of initial build quality for this seat type.
Big thumbs up to the FA though, volunteered to take the laptop and charge it up somewhere else in the plane and brought it back when it was full. Nice.
