...repeated attempts to book have left me with the circle of death when i go to pay.....I assume the 61 minute wait time for the call centre is a result of this.

I think it may be down to the 22nd anniversary sale that's currently happening.

Something to do with the unveiling today of their brand new livery? HO is in a frenzy getting ready for the announcement?

Are you using the code that came in this morning's email? The pricing doesn't come up unless you add it.

I booked YYZ-YVR-YYZ at $416.13, YYZ-YYG-YYZ for $274.46 and a couple of same-day YYZ-YOW-YYZ turns for $194.42 apiece. I've had no issues with the website, but I haven't tried it since this morning.

22% is a pretty healthy discount on flights I needed to book regardless. Thanks, Westjet, and happy birthday!

what a joke an hour + wasted with repeated tries both online and on the phone....got nothing booked....really piss poor WJ
