Good steak in Phoenix
 

I'm looking for a really good steak in Phoenix. It doesn't have to be a fancy steak house although those can be good also and I don't automatically rule them out. I'd love to find a place that puts their money into the meat instead of the red velvet seats.

Donovan's, a well-regarded La Jolla steak house, is taking over the space on Camelback Road formerly occupied by Harris' - I'm not sure if they've opened up yet:

Roaring Fork on Scottsdale and Camelback. Privately owned EXCELLENT restaurant. Asks patrons to support the independent rest. on the menu! Besides that you'll get a choice of some great steaks and awesome sides/appetizers. You'll need a reservation!
