Unusual Request - KFC near LAX

Yes, I admit it. I am addicted to the work of the Colonel. He was, after all, a just and upright man and a Mason.

Where's the nearest place I can get those 11 secret herbs and spices into my gob, if overnighting at the Hilton or Sheraton LAX?

Any estimate of the $$$$ for a cab ride?

I'm not certain, but isn't there a KFC at LAX? If so, all you would have to do is take the airport shuttle there and then back to the hotel.

Cab for about 2.5 miles? I don't know. About 6 to 10 bucks maybe? Each way.

I'd suggest flying to ORD, going to the south side and finding yourself a Harold's Chicken Shack.

Now that's chicken worth writing home about. And I know nothing about Harold, though I doubt he was fine, upstanding, or a mason. Just makes real good chicken served through the bulletproof window thingy.
