PHX Airport Car Rental Center - Specifically Dollar Car Rental
I have a sister who will be making a trip to Phoenix next month and this will be her 2nd car rental ever - the first was at ABQ and not the best experience. She is a member of the Dollar Express Rewards club which should allow her to "skip the line" and go right out to the car garage. This is her 2nd time as a club member so she should be good to go with the skipping the line. I've not been to PHX and the Dollar website is light on details. I'm hoping someone can tell me about the skipping the line. (I'm with National Car's Emerald Club so I do understand the concept.) There should be a board/sign of some sort with the renter's name and the parking spot number for their car. Is it going to be difficult to locate? I'm assuming the keys will either be on the board or in the car with rental documents. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to help my sister with as much info as possible on what to look for and expect. Thanks!
