Looking for Reno Restaurant Recommendations

TripAdvisor and Yelp have really good reviews for 4th Street Bistro. Any others of a similar type and price range?

Don't know about similarity, but one of the best meals I ever had in Reno was at the steakhouse in the Silver Legacy.

And, believe it or not, some of the best sushi I've ever had was in Reno at the Sushi Pier.

Silver Legacy looks like an interesting menu. Maybe if we sign up for their casino program, we can get some discounts.

Haven't lived there for a few years, but 4th St Bistro was the best in its class. A few good places for steak, some really good Mexican, a few other good spots if you are interested.

We ended up 1st night at Briscola in the Grand Sierra Resort, since they gave us $100 coupon as part of our package deal. I was skeptical but it was excellent. Good food, good service and very pleasant atmosphere.

Second night we did not do so well. We were trying to decide between 4th St Bistro and Wild River Inn. Since we were already downtown (wow - what a dump that has become!), we decided on Wild River Inn. Staff were very pleasant but the food was about as ordinary as you could imagine. Nothing really wrong, but it could have been anywhere - nothing like the reviews we read online. Should have made the drive and gone to 4th St Bistro.

Late advice, but in case you are going back to Reno. Just having stayed there for a week I can highly recommend Lulou's https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lulou...20538954629064 . It is very similar to 4th Street Bistro, and the food is probably even a notch better.
