Seatac to Redmond Yellow Cab
 

Hi !
Planning to take a taxi from Seatac to Redmond. The fare is approximatey 74 dollars plus tip according to various websites. Will Yellow cab drivers accept and change a 100 dollar bill ?
I have read that is difficult to get change for a 100 dollar bill - I can understand this if the amount to be paid is small but when the fare + tip is close to a hundred can it still cause problems ?

Bet they'll take it, assuming you offer a $26 tip.:)

It also might end up being one of those cap rides where the driver just doesn't seem to have any change. Funny how that works.

Pay with a credit card.

I would simplify things by having smaller bills available - or else by using a credit card, despite the fact that many drivers prefer that you pay cash (to avoid the credit card transaction fees, or possibly to avoid having a record of the income-taxable earning).
