Coffee shop recommendation in Castle Rock, Colorado?

Need to meet someone in Castle Rock, Colorado, for coffee. Any recommendations other than Starbucks? Would like someplace quiet enough for an easy conversation. TIA

I was in Castle Rock several weeks ago. They have a nice, new Holiday Inn Express. While not a coffee shop, the lobby is quiet enough for an easy conversation.

Any IHG Memeber gets free wifi, even if not an in-house guest. As for IHG Coffee being drinkable coffee, YMMV.

The B&B is a Castle Rock legend. Not quiet, but never had a problem with conversations.
