Virgin Redemption issue
 

Ok, with problems in Kathmandu SQ have moved my SIN - KTM flight 4 hours earlier next Wednesday. It was always tight in SIN with a 1 hr 30 connection after my SYD - SIN flight but now it leaves 2.5 hours before I arrive. This is a Virgin redemption on one PNR, in J.

How flexible are SQ going to be on this?. I’m retired and do have a day up my sleeve before my tour starts so could go up to SIN on the 17th overnight then to KTM next day.
Alternatively could go up to SIN a day early (unfortunately no flights arrive early enough for KTM departure time) and take that rescheduled KTM flight.

So, I guess looking for feedback on how flexible SQ will be on this.

SQ have no option but offer an alternative. The challenge will be that VA probably still have control of the booking. Decide what works best for you, have the details listed….dates, flight numbers etc and contact VA. They will likely have to contact SQ to get seats released. Keep track of who you speak to and when in case you have to escalate it. Do keep us updated.
