Velocity constantly locking me out

Velocity constantly locking me out
Hi has anyone heard when/if Velocity will fix the problem of asking us to reset our password every time we log in? I noticed when you call them now, they even have an option to reset your password so sounds like it’s going to be around for a while. I’ve avoided using their eStore & lost points due to the hassle of all this.

The rubbish app logs me out all of the time, takes so long to load anything that I feel like I've pressed SHIFT+RUNSTOP and pressed "play" on the datasette...
