Flyahead for DL Plat
Anyone with recent experience as a DL Plat or Diamond requesting a flyahead (earlier same-day standby) on VA?

About 9 months ago with my DL Gold status applied to an itinerary I was able to successfully use the 'Fly Ahead' option on an Elevate fare. DL Platinum and DL Gold are both seen by VA as 'Partner Gold', so should have equivalent benefits.

Keep in mind that this is for domestic itineraries only, Getaway fares are excluded and this benefit is not explicitly stated anywhere with regards to DL status.

Can not be done online. If you have luggage to check then the priority check in; otherwise lounge.

I did it at check-in. As said above, that's the only option with luggage to be checked.
