if you travel on a VA marketed flight but the plane is a Delta plane do you still get the bonus status miles ?

Just to be sure ... What do you mean by "Bonus Status Miles"?

Status credits can be earned, but I know of no 'bonus status miles' in the ordinary course; maybe some promotions may generate bonus credits.

Redeemable "Points" do have a bonus if a Velocity Elite with eligible travel on VA flight numbers.

What I meant is the bonus miles you receive due to your Status ith Virgin

Get the word "miles" out of this.

You can earn Velocity points and Status Credits.

You can redeem Velocity points for awards.

Status credits are used to determine status qualification.

For points earn on eligible flights with VA flight numbers, a VA WP gets 100% bonus.

Read the link above and understand what codeshare means here. For mine, with a VA flight number on DL metal, if in an earning class I would think the bonus applies. Hoever, I do not have direct experience with such.

Yes, bonus points due to status are given on VA codeshares. So if you book an SQ flight with an SQ flight number -> no bonus, if you book the same flight with a VA number -> bonus.
