Booking linking question
Hi All,
Just need some advice before calling up. Just wondering if this is at all possible or should I just leave it and deal with it at the airport at checkin? Basically I have a flight booked for myself on a different PNR. My wife and daughter (under 2 years old) have a separate booking with a different PNR. We are both on the same flight but would like tobe seated together. It's an international flight on virgin australia. SYD-ZQN-SYD What should I do to achieve this? I noted when I have flown myself on a saver Y fare "domestically" within australia, virgin australia auto selects my seat. Thanks, K. |
You normally can't link two different bookings with different PNRs. But you can call them and ask to put a note in the files.
However, my experience is that these notes are rarely taken into account, especially when there is a system that selects seats automatically. So the best way is probably to select your seats/ to check-in early enough to make sure you all sit together. |
Thanks. Hopefully we can be seated together...
