Booking linking question

Hi All,

Just need some advice before calling up. Just wondering if this is at all possible or should I just leave it and deal with it at the airport at checkin?

Basically I have a flight booked for myself on a different PNR. My wife and daughter (under 2 years old) have a separate booking with a different PNR. We are both on the same flight but would like tobe seated together.

It's an international flight on virgin australia. SYD-ZQN-SYD

What should I do to achieve this?

I noted when I have flown myself on a saver Y fare "domestically" within australia, virgin australia auto selects my seat.

Thanks,
K.

You normally can't link two different bookings with different PNRs. But you can call them and ask to put a note in the files.
However, my experience is that these notes are rarely taken into account, especially when there is a system that selects seats automatically.
So the best way is probably to select your seats/ to check-in early enough to make sure you all sit together.

Thanks. Hopefully we can be seated together...
