I can't get points to post for an EY flight
 

After a flight last August, a website contact in October, a follow-up call and email in March, I'm still waiting for points to post for an EY flight.

We flew SYD-AUH-DUB-AUH-SYD on an EY ticket (AUH-SYD on V Australia metal).

DUB-AUH posted straight away
AUH-DUB posted in November (after the first request)

the remaining flights still haven't posted.

Any recommendations for other people to contact at Virgin?

I'd try calling them giving them the details of your previous contact and the flights that did post. That has worked for me after getting stuck on the Velocity points crediting roundabout. It has to be the most be the most frustrating part of the Velocity program.
