Free Upgrade To Flying Club Silver tier
I recently got the free upgrade for me and my wife to Flying club silver using the Amex special offer link that was posted on Flyertalk,
I was an existing member holding red tier membership.
I still havent received my silver card or other details or list of benefits.
Do i get this? Should I call them?

I called because I hadn't received mine either. They then sent me a replacement card, but none of the other kit (HEX upgrades etc) was with it. I didn't bother following up.
