Premium Pre-order meal?

Does anyone know how this pre-ordering for the main meal is supposed to work? The website says an email will be sent 7 days before departure, but my flight is Friday morning, and I haven't received any email yet. Is it only rolled out to certain flights right now? Thanks!

Does anyone know if you are able to preorder if you booked through Delta?

Full details of the T&C of the Upper / Premium pre order facility can be found here -https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/g...re-select.html

I have only skim read the detailed T&C, but I can't see anywhere obvious that booking via Delta would disbar you.

Having said that - I don't know, in this day and age if Delta can share your email address without your consent, so it may be something you have to be proactive in.

I will be in this situation in a couple months. You used your Delta PNR to locate your reservation?

Also, what were the offerings to choose from? Im kinda grossed out by their new spring/summer UC menu, so Im really counting on this preorder to hopefully get other options.

Many thanks.

I just pre-ordered my IAD-LHR PE meal for April 21 and there were 3 choices:
- Lemongrass Chicken
- Fish Cake
- Vegetarian Risotto

I never actually tried it with my Delta PNR. If you add the delta booking to a Virgin account using the DL PNR, it displays a VS PNR for the same booking, I've been using that. You could always just use the link above to try it out

Exactly, worked perfectly fine. Alternatively getting a VS PNR is possible and that also works. Seattle to London is the same menu as above, I've ordered the risotto bc it sounded interesting.
