DL status alignment
If it didn't mean I had to start from scratch, I would quite likely stop crediting my VS flights to Flying Club and instead credit them to DL. The reason for this is simple: top tier status at VS does not map appropriately on to DL status. For example, as a VS Gold, my equivalent status level if DL Gold, which is second to bottom in the pecking order. In reality, there have been plenty of recent issues of - say - the Clubhouse being too full because it's full of DL codeshare pax and Upper being full of DL groups redeeming awards on DL on VS flights (yet no G availability on VS). I get that there's a DL/VS JV, and it isn't in VS' interests to bite the hard that partially feeds it but there should be some parity to fix these issues...
