Welcome to Flyertalk
The VS website in now quite detailed about the food and drink on offer.
https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/g...and-seats.html
Having said that, Im not sure how up to date and accurate it is in these Covid times
when do you fly?

By the time you fly the menu cycles will have most likely changed, however, Ive just operated the LHR-MCO service and the menu in Premium was as below:
STARTER
Feta, pea and herb frittata bite with olive tapenade and sun dried tomato
MAINS
Slow cooked pork, thyme and cider stew, with spring onion mashed potatoes and garden vegetables
Spicy jerk chicken, rice and beans, with sweetcorn chilli salsa
Vegan penne bolognese
DESSERT
New York cheesecake
AFTERNOON TEA
Emmental, tomato and baby spinach in a rye roll, warmed scone, clotted cream and strawberry jam
I hope that information is of help; see you onboard soon!
