SeatGuru shows that 45 A & C are just in front of the lavatory and thus don’t recline because there’s a bulkhead directly behind them:

Don't rely on seat guru. It's often inacurate and is not maintained.
Plus it says 'might be limited' not that it is limited. A big difference to no recline.
The VS source is a far more accurate site to use and even they hedge their bets on 45A/C with a 'possible limited recline'
