Can't log on to Virgin Atlantic
 
Since yesterday I haven't been able to log in. Others having this problem or is it just me?

Firefox isn't working for me, but Chrome is.

I’m now getting a loop when trying to login, better I suppose than the original “your name or password is wrong”

Cannot get in using either FF, Edge, or Chrome. Virgin are not blessed with the greatest IT dept...

Yep I don't even see the option to enter my login credentials on various browsers on two different operating systems. VS twitter feed is telling folks to try again in a couple of days. Gotta love airline IT.

I saw a user comment on Head for Points blog that said he/she called in and the VS customer services folks cannot access Flying Club either. Honestly not sounding good. Thankfully I have a record of my latest balance in Award Wallet and I did check an existing award reservation and was able to pull it up with the PNR (not really surprised but glad that is still working).

They most definitely cannot. I tried to make a ANA partner booking through them and they were unable to complete it. It is currently on hold for the time being, but hope they get it sorted out soon so I can complete the ticketing.
