LHR Arrivals Lounge
We will be UC and arriving LHR in morning. Using Sofitel which states check in is after 3pm. Can be use the Arrivals Lounge and then transfer from T3 to T5 for the hotel? Is there a storage area in the lounge? Obviously have never used an arrival lounge. Thanks

Check with hotel. Generally they'll give you a room as long as one is ready. They're used to LHR getting early morning arrivals.

If you have Priority Pass the Club Millesime in the Sofitel is available but the chances are your room will be ready before 3pm.
