Help me!! How long did it take to transfer from VS to HH??
Hi, all!
I have a question.
Nov. 5 I transformed Virgin miles to HiltonHonors wich is 80,000 miles!
but It is not transformed not yet.
I already know it takes around 30 days, but I don't have enough time to book Hilton Hotel.
I can find a information on Virgin Atlantic Website which is minus 80,000 miles.
so, On average, How long did it take to transfer from VS to HH??
I wrote email to Hilton, but they said 'it is not my business, please contact Virgin Atlantic.'
Please, let me know answer about this situation.

between the miles being deducted from your FC account and they being added to your HH account. And it is clear that you can't make a booking using those miles until they actually hit your HH account.
If you didn't leave enough time to allow for the transfer time and wanting to make the room booking then that is your own responsibility.
Assuming you meant you initiated the transfer on October 15 (rather than November 15 (which is a couple of days in the future)) there are still a couple of days before the 30 days have been reached.

I write answer my own question.
I transformed Nov 5 from Virgin to Hilton.
and today 01:30 am, I found successfully transfer on Hilton webpage.
It takes 8 days. maybe Virgin transfer twice a month.(middle, end of month.)
