Redemption success on Malaysian Airlines
Just booked a return from KUL to LHR in business on the A380 for 115,000 miles + 480GBP. Dates I wanted were available and they were able to confirm availability there and then, had to wait 24 hours for Malaysian to confirm I could have them, but just called back and all ok, taxes paid and just waiting for the tickets to be issued.
All in all a very easy process, why was I under the impression it was such a pain booking partner flights with Virgin?
