Virgin Holidays to sue The Voice?

AOL: Virgin Holidays to sue The Voice?

Interesting...copyright cases often astonish me...but I'm surprised people could mix up a TV show with airline lounges...

Virgin Holidays have confirmed they are considering legal action against a possible "copyright infringement" by hit show The Voice, after it called its contestant waiting area the V-Room.

The moniker is the same as the holiday company's two "leisure lounges" at Gatwick and Manchester, and the move has reportedly thrown Virgin's customers into confusion about "which property is which".

The self-congratulatory nature of Virgin Holidays' release points to it being a PR stunt.

Whats to get confused about?

One is based at a couple of airports and the other in a TV studio.

Are VH saying that people went to the BBC instead of the airport?

If they are saying people are getting confused that says something about the though processes of some VH customers
