Branson lays down the gauntlet to BA

Interesting news piece

Now, how can I be one of the 20 that takes the test?

A little tiresome, Bransons knows BA won't play but continues the spew anyway.

Nevertheless, they would undoubtedly win on the J-class comparison but they are really pushing their luck with F.

That is providing those 20 passengers can actually find a flight with the UC Suites on

I'd happily be one of the 20....

Never flown in BA Club, only BA First once. Virgin Upper on the otherhand.....

Intersting that he's chosen 20, as its an even number so it could end up a draw (well in theory )

Thanks,
Richard

The guys is a genious on this one just in his wording.
"If BA is confident about their first class product and Club Class product we will expect them to take up the challenge," he said.

"If they are not, then we expect them to reject it "

He knows dam well BA wont enter into this type of deal so he can claim they weren't confident enough to do it.
Quite Clever

As for DNW's comments. The new UC should beet NCW without a problem but FIRST is a differnent matter just by the pax to crew ratio and the menu of food and drink.

It is great to ponder how one might be one of the 20 but I can't see BA agreeing to this, they will just loathe Richard for trumping them on PR yet again.
