After signing up for the JetBlue points match, I still had a few previously-booked VX flights to finish off before I could do the necessary round trip B6 flights. I flew from SFO to LAS on July 27, and I received my TrueBlue points for that flight on July 29. On August 1, I flew LAS-LBG-OAK. I waited for over a week to receive my TrueBlue points for that flight, but nothing came.
On August 12, I contacted B6 and inquired about why I had not received my TrueBlue points for that August 1 flight. In the same message, I also asked them to confirm that I have completed my points match offer. Today (August 14), I received a reply from B6 stating that I should receive my missing TrueBlue points within 72 hours and that I should receive my points match TrueBlue points in 4-6 weeks.
These flights were my first experience flying with B6. Is it common for that airline to not automatically credit points for flights, requiring me to contact them to get my missing TrueBlue points? Granted, two flights is a very small sample size. But a 50% failure rate seems incredibly bad. I don't recall ever having to contact VX to get missing Elevate points, and that has been A LOT of flights with VX over the years.
Just an update to my previous post. The points from my LAS-LGB-OAK flight posted on August 16, so they were correct that my points would post within 72 hours of their response. However, even though they said it would take 4-6 weeks for my VX Points Match points to post, I just had a feeling that there was still something wrong going on on B6's end. I contacted them on August 26 to make sure everything was in order for the Points Match. Despite the message I received on August 14 clearly stating that they have "verified that you registered for the VX Point Match on June 30, 2016", the message I received today in response said:
"Regrettably your account is not showing your registration so we have forwarded your information including your qualifying flights to leadership for further review. We apologize for the delay and hope to have this issue resolved within the next few days. Please let us know if you do not see this activity in your account by Thursday. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon!"
After confirming I was enrolled in the Points Match on August 14, they are now saying my account is not showing my registration. I simply do not understand how a company can be so bad at something like this. You only have one chance at making a first impression, and JetBlue is blowing it. If they are trying to earn the loyalty of new customers, they need to both put out a quality product and not make things too difficult for the customers.

I flew a DCA-BDL r/t last weekend for $120. Flights and 75k bonus points posted today - exactly 7 days after the return flight.

JetBlue finally got everything straight on their end. My VX Points Match TrueBlue points posted to my account today. But I'm not going to use them until VX is gone. After experiencing what the competition has to offer, I'm going to enjoy every last moment I have with VX.

Yea not impressed with JetBlue seat comfort. I haven't yet experienced MINT because it's not really offered on my routes. I may just wait for JB to launch TATL flights and then enjoy MINT to Europe.

Just a heads up for those checking the app to see if the points have posted: Despite the app saying my information was refreshed, it wasn't until I signed out and signed back in again. After doing this, the points showed up ^

Just completed a quick LGB-LAS RT yesterday. Hopefully all 75K points post without any problems.

The app does seem to have that issue. While flight info updates, points do not w/o logout/in.

For me, all I do is pull down on the app's screen to refresh it. After doing that, my TrueBlue points update. I don't need to logout/in.

I didn't have to sign out and sign back in for the points to show up in the app display, but I did close down the app and restart it.
My 75k+ points posted after 6-7 nights, on the same night/day as the flights that triggered the 75k bonus.
