"Printable" Elevate Card
 
I tried to printout my Elevate Silver membership card from "My Account".

1) The image is over 5" x 3" ... hardly wallet sized.

2) The image is almost black at the top with a gradient to deep purple at the bottom. However, the color of the text for name and account number are black. Doesn't matter if I print to a color or a B/W printer, the text totally blends into the background and is unreadable.

I have called the Elevate line on two separate occasions. Both times the agent says "never heard of these problems".

So, are others having this problem? Any fixes? Thanks.

Yeah! Had the same concerns and issues. I just didn't both with it after a while. Just was glad that my cards eventually made it to me after about two months of being silver then gold!

At this point, I'm expecting my status match to expire before my card arrives. :td:

Matched members do not get physical cards. Only after the challenge, those who meet the points requirements will get mailed cards.

What you write makes sense, but I have a Feb 26 email responding to my complaint of lack of printability that says I should receive a physical card within 14 days. Has not yet arrived.

However, the lack of a physical card was not my original complaint. The issue is that the web site purportedly provides the ability to print a paper version, but on all of my computers and my iPhone, all I get are images that are unreadable due to color or impractical due to size, as described in the OP.
