I will second the questions about elite levels, but add a question about possible status matches / promotions to attract frequent travelers from other airlines.
I am very intrigues by the Virgin product, but it's very hard to justify forgoing bonus miles, Economy+ and a possible upgrade on a IAD-LAX flight, for example.
