To be clear, I proposed VX enter a codeshare agreement exclusively on routes not served by AA (ie. LAX - SEA). Then again, AS might pitch a fit over that one. I guess there are not too many routes VX flies that aren't already covered by AA or AS.

While for selfish reason I would love to see VX/AA enter a codeshare agreement, I must agree this is most unlikely. Ditto on UA. Ditto to WN and B6, and most likely AS too. But that does leave DL and/or US, possibly. And perhaps one of the smaller leftover carriers like Spirit and/or Frontier.

While I despise DL & US, it would certainly nice to use VX points for something useful.
