Delayed flight check-in deadline quesitons
 
A few questions re: delayed flights:

-- When a flight is delayed, do the check-in deadlines (esp for checked bags) extend accordingly?

-- If I check-in online and select 0 Bags, can I still check a bag at the airport then?

I know forsure if you check in online and say 0 bags you can check a bag at the counter

what i am not sure about is the delayed flight baggage question but i imagine that would be up to the agent at the counter
