Zoom Into Memorial Day With Vanguard Airlines' $39 Systemwide Sale!
KANSAS CITY, May 23 Vanguard Airlines, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNGD) today announced sale fares for Memorial weekend travel of $39 each way to anywhere Vanguard Airlines flies. Fares are valid for travel on May 27, 28 and 30 only. To take advantage of these fares, reservations must be booked by 11:59 p.m. Central Time, May 29, 2000. Fares are valid for travel through May 30, 2000. These special fares may be purchased through the Company's Web site at www.FlyVanguard.com, by calling 1-800-VANGUARD or from a local travel agent. Customers purchasing tickets online at www.FlyVanguard.com will save an additional five percent.
Michael Stellwag, Vice President of Marketing for Vanguard Airlines, said, "During a weekend where auto racing is a tradition, we thought our Customers would enjoy racing to their friends and loved ones for Memorial Day get-togethers at an unbelievable price."
Seats are limited and may not be available on every flight. Travel available on May 27, 28 and 30 only. Sale fares require an overnight stay and a roundtrip purchase. Fares require a one-day advance purchase and are combinable with other fare classes. Travel must be completed by May 30, 2000. Tickets must be purchased by May 29, 2000. Prices do not include $2.50 per segment FET and PFCs of up to $12 roundtrip. Prices do not include a fuel surcharge of $5 each way, where applicable. More circuitous routes may incur additional taxes.
