Moving to the US in August as an exchange student

Hello all, I am due to have an exchange year (from UCL in London) at UNC-Chapel Hill in North Carolina. If the current restrictions are not lifted by then, would this mean that I won't be able to enter the US? For those more familiar with the situation in the US, how likely would you say it is that I'll be able to go on my exchange year as planned?

Thank you in advance!

Have you been in touch with UNC?

I think the best people to ask are those at UNC and at UCL No doubt both dealt with this situation for the academic year that's ending now. Many U.S. universities brought all their study-abroad students home in February and March, certainly those who were studying in China and Italy, but from everywhere else too. What are their plans for the coming year?
