If you ever have a problem at LAX--GA Supervisor named
Aaron is your man. Cool headed, rational, and is a great representative for US Air.
Things didn't work out the way they should have... but having a supervisor listen to both sides, and then admit that the GA had messed up...goes a long way towards customer service. (Things happen so I wasn't too pissed at the GA...but damn your customer should not know your job better than you)
But I digress...this kid is part of whatis right with the airline...hope to see him succeed.
