Fully Refundable Ticket - Processing Time
I do freelance consulting and am new to the fully-refundable ticket world. I bought 2 tickets from CLT-LHR that were fully-refundable and subsequently had to cancel. I cancelled June 5.
The US Airways website is stating that the credit card refund was processed June 7 and "to please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on [my] statement." Please tell me that is a grossly conservative effort. I really don't want to float US Airways $4,500 for 60 days. |
