One Passenger Not Flying

I have a one way trip this Friday with my wife and I. She may not be able to make it but I will. If she can't come can I still use the ticket even though she is on the same PNR? I really don't want to have to pay a change fee just because she can't make it.

The airline can easily split PNRs, and in any case your ticket will be intact. No worries here; to the extent your wife's ticket is refundable or changeable after any change fees, it won't affect your ticket at all if you proceed with your plans.
