OLCI error related to child

Have gotten this error while checking in two different times now for an AA booked, US flight:
Please check in at the airport. For safety reasons there can only be one infant in each row. We’ll assign your seat at the airport.

Reference code: 1.6.615010.70341 (KUNF5LPJTZJXNFPD4KL3HDAK)
Occurred: 5/11
It's booked for me and an infant in seat.

So can't upgrade for these type of flights unless I got to the airport-- and on the first time, phone agents confirmed there were not any other children in the row. Senior customer service agents and multiple tech support reps all said they had never seen the error message.

Is this a tech issue related to booking via AA for US flights?
