Thanks everyone for your responses. I've re-entered/verified my GE PASSID number after ticketing, before check-in, and again at the ticket counter via the agent. First+middle+last name matches the GE ID card (no "Mr." prefix, even), as does DOB obviously, no change from what I do on US. On US, I get it 100%, all the time, it's seamless.

@VickiSoCal - Looks like your husband experienced what I'm seeing, so next time I'll call up the EXPviaCP line and see if they can take a peek at what's going on; maybe it's an issue on their back end.
