People who pull crap like this should be thrown off the plane - mid-flight.

If people could literally be thrown off mid-flight I would intentionally get myself into trouble every flight! I'm a skydiver and dream of being thrown off mid flight! haha

Do airlines ever charge idiots like this for the extra expense incurred?

What is with these disgusting comments overtly suggesting this person who caused massive disruption and assault should simply be killed by throwing them from a plane and then further "hope" that they will be raped in prison. That kind of language is as disgusting as some of the actions undertaken by the person on the plane.

Don't put words into my mouth. I never said rape.
Your words, not mine.

Glad to know how your brain deciphered my comment.

Wow. Do you take every statement you read or hear literally?

FWIW most of us are also aware that it's really hard to defenestrate (I've always wanted to use that word somewhere) someone from a plane at cruising altitude because air pressure. So please, take the comments in the spirit they were intended - which is disgust at the alleged actions of this person (remember no one has been convicted yet) along with some creatively exaggerated opinions.

Yeesh.

Oh, and just to make it clear. I don't believe you mean the words I've bolded above literally. Or at least I hope not.

I think what the posters mean here is that this individual should be punished for his actions. Personally, I think there should be a hefty fine and prison time. This guy inconvenienced a couple hundred people and cost the airline thousands of dollars. There should be serious consequences.

A hefty fine and/or jail sentence would nip this form of stupidity in the bud.

Paying the fuel bill would be appropriate, and likely amount to more punishment than our justice system would likely dispense, but that's a rant for a different place.

You gotta love this right under the pic of him groping the turtle:

Uneasy: California resident touched two female passengers 'inappropriately;' the women told flight attendants that they didn't feel comfortable sitting next to him
