Anyone knows how strict they are about enforcing the 12 days old account rule? Any experiences ?

I'm debating whether to do a trade (with probably Canadian FT'er) since my wife didn't have an account and I just signed her up today (not 12 days old yet)
I may simply wait till next 100% share promotion, since I'm betting it'll happen AGAIN, and I don't know what to use my USDM for now anyway
