Can I still book reward ticket on UA flight?
The flight date is at the end of May. I tried to call US reservation hotline several times since Thursday. But I always get like "Due to high call volume, please call back later".

Yep - you can book Star Alliance awards until 30 March for any flight that you see availability for.
