Two years in US DM, 64k miles. Have I mentioned how much I am looking forward to never ever boarding another UX RJ (or, Lord help me, Dash-8) ever again?

Since 2009 I am at 537,926 BIS on US. Not too bad I guess in 4 years.

Does US provide a list of all flights taken on US? United did this at one point - would be interested in getting it if US does.

That's exactly what I do. 1,104,086 I started when the program was called Priority Gold.

I have been a member under whatever it was called since the late 80's, but really only having regular travel since 2008, I'm at 455,363!

Just checked American and I'm at a whopping 11,260.

850K since the mid 90's. Expect I should reach 1M in 2015.

Finally wrote in and I'm at 329,118. Seems about right; my first flight credited was in 12/2005. Prior to 2011 my primary program was NW/DL, I flew a lot of UA segments back when they gave E+ to Star Gold, and my paid international flights have often been on partners.

Apparently I have a whopping 33k on AA; I suppose that means I'll be close to hitting the halfway point by the time the programs are merged.

Incidentally, the written response notes that lifetime miles specifically "includes previous flight miles on PSA, Piedmont, and America West." Piedmont would presumably cover Empire, if they had a program.

Eastern Shuttle miles probably ended up with United, as OnePass was a shared program with Continental. My guess is Trump got merged into US somehow, but it only operated for three years.

Account Purged

I have flown probably over 500K BIS on USair going back to early 90's, however since around 2005 I have had no activity on my USair account. I also have 1.4M on AA.

It turns out that USair has purged my US activity completely with no account of my LT miles or anything. They also tell me that there is no way to re-instate my account.

I would be close to 2M LT miles on the combined airlines once the programs are merged, but seems that I will be losing out on 500K prior US miles.

I am just curious whether there are others in this situation or has anyone has any luck getting their LT miles reinstated by USair even though there has been no activity for olmost 10 years.

North of 2.8 MM

That's without the 'some had 500 minimum, some didn't' or on who's metal the miles were flown.

Even PHLviaUS, using great circle distances, is somewhat off since the airlines don't use great circle distances for counting miles (but it's probably "close enough for government work."

Jim's quite correct about the loss of miles from prior mergers. I had received a 1MM luggage tag from US Air quite awhile prior to the AW merger. After the merger when they migrated from SABRE to SHARES, all of my prior history was lost. My estimate was that I was close to 2MM at that time. Currently, I'm at 1.9 MM, so theoretically, I'm over 3.5 MM Lifetime, but we'll never know. I do share others concerns that the metger with AA Advantage will result in a loss of data.

Almost all of my miles are pre-AW merger, and my LT balance is correct.

Sent an email last week, finally heard back: 38,129. Pretty paltry considering I joined Dividend Miles in 1992.

Since 16-Feb-2012, I'm at 193,366 on US, and 23,001 on AA.
