Share the gift of travel this holiday season - share your miles with a friend or family member. It's an economical way to help someone travel.
This Cyber Week, from December 26, we're making sharing even sweeter with a special holiday bonus miles offer that can help you give up to DOUBLE the miles.
The more you share, the more bonus miles your friend or family member will receive.
US Website for info:
https://buy.points.com/marketing/usairways/landingpages/share.html?CAMPAIGNCODE=003_25_0110_BYUP50000BNS00 0000000_021213
Both accounts must be >= 12 days old.
NOTE: It is against the Flyertalk Guidelines & Rules to offer to trade, outside of Coupon Connection. Disciplinary action will be taken if there are posts to that effect.

Why is this for such a short period of time? I am worrying mileage devaluation is imminent.

With the tiered structure of this promo, I cant decide how to max this for my families 3 accounts.
Account A - 10,000
Account B - 55,000 (soon to get another 35k CC bonus in January)
Account C - 100,000 (soon to get another 35k CC bonus in January)
suggestions?

I've booked 3 US-Japan J flights in the last month and everything I've seen open on United.com has been available with USairways agent.

Then you should consider yourself very lucky. I tried to book a Europe-US award and despite seeing availability on united.com on TK and OS, the US agent told me I was limited to LH, UA and maybe US on the dates I was looking - I had her check 1 week out and still no change. I then changed the date and tried another 7 dates and still no luck. She was offering a 3-flight itinerary with 2 connections as opposed to a 1-stop on the carriers I wanted. So, I'm not sure if you got lucky but I certainly didn't. I'm sitting on 250,000+ miles and am trying to use them before the new AA management decides to revise their award charts ala DL and UA.

It's a lot harder to consolidate now. I'd probably go 50k C to A, 50k C to B. Then 50k A to C and B to C. You'll end up with one nice size account (200k), plus 60 and 105. If you primarily want enough for 3 awards in J, then don't transfer back from A to C and stay with 110k, 105k, 150k.
I'm in almost the exact same situation. Wish I could consolidate with this promo.

23k C to A, 50k A to C, 50K C to B. After the credit card bonuses post this leaves me with
A - 0
B - 190,000
C - 162,000
Total cost - $1412.25
Thoughts?

A>B 50k=> B has 110 + 35 CC = 145 cost 567
A>C 50k=> C has 200 & 35 CC = 235 cost 567
Simple
Total "new miles" about 145; cost 1135+515 = about 1650
It gets tougher when doing 20 accounts in a row and cleaning out some on the way
