Do the shared miles and the bonus appear instantly?

According to the T&C, they do post immediately:

"Bonus amounts will be awarded upon completion of the transaction"

But some of the transactions can take a few days to process..... and you never know if yours is instant or gets delayed somehow.

Just did it with two accounts (A->B->A) and both transactions posted within 60 seconds.

99% (or probably more) do so. But a few don't, so you can't really depend on the transaction posting instantly and then booking an award. It can take a few days....

What are my Options if I am holding ZERO Miles at the Moment?

Do you have a friend or family member with 50K? Have them share 50K with you, and then send 50K back so you both get miles.

Alternatively, if any friends/family members were targeted for the 100% buy miles promo (they can find out by entering their account info here), you can purchase 25K miles for them. They'll get 50K, and then have them share the 50K with you. The buy promo ends today, so if that's your route, do it asap. Though in practice, sometimes these links stick around for a few days after they're supposed to.

I and my parents have 1 account each.

Can all miles be consolidated into 1 account?

E.g
account A give miles to account C
account B give miles to account C

Will I get a bonus of 100,000 miles in account C?
