First time as Silver Preferred, need help
 

I hit 30 segments on Saturday evening(7/27). I have another flight on Saturday, August 3rd. Will I have Silver benefits by then including upgrade eligibility? As of now, on my Usairways account it shows 30 segments but still says I am not Silver.

You'll have to give US a call. Since your reservation was made prior to you hitting 30 segments, the system will not reckonize automatically.

Yes, call US. Usually if they remove your DM# from the reservation, and then reapply it, it will allow the reservation to pick up your new status.
