No 10k miles for renewing US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard?

No 10k miles for renewing US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard?
I received my renewal letter from Barclay, but the 10k miles on renewal as not mentioned anywhere in the renewal letter?
Is everyone seeing the same stuff? For those who renewed the card, does the 10k miles post properly?

This happened to me last year. I called CS and was misinformed that I would not receive the bonus miles for renewal. I did anyway. Barlcays CS is the absolute worst.

Normally, the 10K anniversary miles post two statements after your anniversary statement (the one where the annual fee is charged).As an example, my anniversary is the January statement of every year. The 10K posts with the March statement.
However, this year is my 2nd anniversary and the March statement has not posted the 10K, so maybe it takes 3 months now?

I got the letter about two months before anniversary date with no mention of the 10k annual bonus. Then 10k miles posted one month before renewal.

Be sure to check your T&C. I was expecting it but realized I signed up for a different US Barclays card nd didn't get it.

I received my 10K last month and still haven't seen a renewal fee.

Which US MC card do you guys have? The one I have requires me charging $25K to get 10K PQP.

Up until a few weeks ago barclays had an offer for Chairmen members that you receive 10k DM on each anniversary. My hunch is Barclays is now cracking down on the requirement that you had to of been a Chairmen to receive the 10k anniversary bonus miles.

My hunch is Barclays is now cracking down on the requirement that you had to of been a Chairmen to receive the 10k anniversary bonus miles.

Mrs. Redtop and I each had Barclay's cards. A couple months before my renewal I contacted Barclay's and was told I would not get the 10K. I cancelled my card, then reopened it 3 weeks later. So the bizarre bottom line is that instead of getting 10K miles for $89 I got 35K for zero.
Mrs. Redtop's card does have the bonus, so I left that in place. But these cards aren't long for the world anyway. Unless US/American stays with Barclay's, which I wouldn't bet on.

My wife's 1 year anniversary just came up with her first card and as of this morning she has the 10K bonus deposited in her account. I won't know about mine until later this month but since we used the same link I am very hopeful!

I received my annual 10000 miles bonus in my April 6 statement. My annual fee will post on my May 6 statement. BTW, this is a great card. Not only do I receive a 10000 miles annual bonus, I earned 15,000 miles last summer for spending 1250 per month for three months and saved $400 using the companion pass on a trip my wife and I took last fall. We were also able to use the lounge pass during our layover in PHX. Hope this card survives the merger.

I checked my records. I received my 10k miles in late September & my $89 annual fee posted in October.
