I've looked high and low and cannot locate my platinum card. Is someone able to PM it to me.
Online rebook for the morning isn't working and the regular reservation number is just saying 'call back later' What kind of message is that? If I have to be on hold for 45 min than so be it but at least keep me in the queue.
